SAN MARCOS, CA (11/4/2022) -- Continuing their push for a postseason appearance, Palomar College faced Cuyamaca College and won 3-0 on Friday night. 

The Comets showed dominance at the net, taking sets one and two 25-9 and 25-11, respectively. The Coyotes clawed their way back in the third set in pursuit of a fourth set, but the Comets pulled through taking the set 25-20. 

Freshman Savanna Lewis led the team with eight kills, while sophomore Rachael Cooke had seven. Sophomore setter Kenna Broach recorded 19 assists and freshman Mayara Swillens had seven. Sophomore libero Amaya Garcia had seven digs and Lewis pitched in six.
