IMPERIAL, CA (10/7/2022) -- After being shutout at home on Tuesday, the Comets needed a bounce-back win and that's what they got, a 7-0 victory over Imperial Valley College on Friday in the desert.
Palomar found a spark and opened up their offense in a big way. That way would be sophomore Judith Belman. Belman recorded her first hat trick as a Comet as they move to 4-3 in PCAC play and sit in fourth place.
The Comets are currently 6-4-1 overall and will face San Diego Miramar College on Friday as they begin their second round of conference play. Kickoff is set for 3 p.m. on Minkoff Field.
