Women in sixth place heading into conference championships

WALNUT, CA (10/23/2019) – Women's golf competed at Via Verde Golf Course on Monday and finished in fifth place with a team score of 392. Kathy Henderson show an 82 on the par-72 course. She sits in sixth place with an adjusted total score of 584 before moving into the Orange Empire Conference Championship. Marciel Nabor shot a 101 and has a total adjusted score of 673. Hailey Bjerknes shot a 104 on the course and has a total adjusted score of 685. Rounding out the team is Kumi Higuchi who shot a 105. She has a total adjusted score of 757.

The women are in sixth place in the conference ahead of Orange Coast College and Fullerton College. The OEC Championships will begin on Monday at Los Serranos.
