Armstrong and Karam earn Gold Gloves

LOUISVILLE, Ky. – Rawlings Sporting Goods Company, Inc. revealed the nine recipients of the 2025 Cal JC Rawlings Gold Glove Award, presented by the NFCA, on Thursday.

Highlighting the squad is repeat Gold Glove catcher Morgan Kneubuhler from Mt. San Antonio College, who also earned her second straight NFCA All-America and Diamond Sports Catcher of the Year accolades. Three more All-Americans joined her on the list in El Camino College pitcher Alexia "Lexi" Ramirez, Palomar College left fielder Taylor Armstrong and Cypress College center fielder Nanea Kyle.

In all, eight programs were represented in 2025 with Palomar earning two plaudits. First baseman Zoe Karam joined her Comets teammate Armstrong on the squad.

Rounding out the infield were Orange Coast College's McKenzie Koshi at second base, College of San Mateo's Ava Mendoza at third base and Cerritos College's Ayiana Cardenas at shortstop. Right fielder Analise Memory from Antelope Valley College was the final outfield Gold Glove.

Recipients of the Rawlings Gold Glove Awards, presented by the NFCA, were selected by a full NFCA Cal JC membership vote following regional voting to identify the finalists at each position. The group utilized fielding statistics and school-submitted video to closely examine finalists and select the winners at every defensive position. Any student-athlete who competed in the current championship year and was nominated by their head coach who is a member in good standing with the NFCA was eligible for consideration for this prestigious accolade.
