After Strong First Set, Comets Fall At El Camino

TORRANCE (3-08-2017) -- Palomar's men's volleyball team, made up of a freshman-dominated roster, started fast and battled El Camino before dropping a 25-22 opening set on Wednesday evening in the Warriors' gym.

But El Camino came back to take the next 2 sets 25-10, 25-11 to sweep the Comets in a non-conference match.

Chandler Matteson again led Palomar with 11 kills. Keyen Bentley had 6 kills. Quinn Burton added 24 assists.
