Palomar’s Harte and Atilano-Gutierrez Named to All-PCAC Team

SAN MARCOS, CA (12/4/2024) -- Two standout players from Palomar College men's soccer, Anthony Harte and Arturo Atilano-Gutierrez, have been named to the All-Pacific Coast Athletic Conference (PCAC) team, recognizing their exceptional performances throughout the 2024 season.

Anthony Harte, a midfielder known for his composure and playmaking abilities, made crucial contributions during the season. Harte finished with two goals and one assist, consistently stepping up in key moments, including game-tying and late-match situations. His vision and ability to control the midfield were pivotal in Palomar's success, particularly in their conference matches.

Arturo Atilano-Gutierrez, the team's leading scorer, was a force on the field with 10 goals and two assists. Atilano-Gutierrez's clinical finishing and knack for creating opportunities made him a constant threat to opposing defenses. Whether converting penalty kicks or capitalizing on open play, his contributions were instrumental in Palomar's playoff push.

Their achievements underscore Palomar's competitive presence in the PCAC this season. As Harte and Atilano-Gutierrez take their place among the conference's best, they leave a lasting impact on the program.
