Bio

Hayden Carter is in his 7th year with Palomar Baseball as the Pitching Coach/Recruiting Coordinator. He has been a part of the Comet coaching staff since 2018, while also serving as the Volunteer Bullpen Coach for the Comets during the 2016 season.
Previously, Carter was the Field Manager of the Kokomo Jackrabbits in the Northwoods League from 2019-21 and is currently the winningest manager in Jackrabbits history. He also served as the Pitching Coach for the Milwaukee Milkmen in the American Associated of Professional Baseball and helped lead the Milkmen to an American Association League Championship in 2020.
From 2016-18, Carter served as a Graduate Assistant/Director of Baseball Operations at CSU-Northridge and was also the Pitching Coach for the Jamestown Jammers in the Perfect Game Collegiate Baseball League (PGCBL). In 2018, Carter helped lead the Jammers to a PGCBL Championship as well as an appearance in the PGCBL Championship Series the year before in 2017. Carter also has experience coaching local travel baseball with the West Coast Bulldogs, West Coast Clippers and Canes-San Diego organizations.
