Bio
Flecicia Heise enters into her 30th year at Palomar College as the Head Athletic Trainer. She graduated from California State University, Long Beach and received a B.A. in Kinesiology while working at A.C.I.C. Physical Therapy where she was contracted to El Toro High School as the athletic trainer from 1985-1990. She received her M.E. in 1996 from Azusa Pacific University. Flecicia lives in Oceanside with her husband, Tom, and their two daughters Cara and Morgan.
