Bio

Hall came out of Artesia High School to set Palomar records that still stand for rushing yards in a season (1,637), career rushing yards (2,437) and rushing yards in a game (261 vs. Saddleback in 1998). He was California Offensive Player of the Year and and first-team J.C. Grid-Wire All-American running back as a sophomore in 1998 under coach Tom Craft, helping lead the Comets to a mythical National Community College Championship with a 30-21 victory over City College of San Francisco in the California State Championship game and an 11-1 record. After his Palomar career, Hall chose Kansas State on signing day over USC at the last minute, and went on to an outstanding Division I career for the Wildcats. Sports Illustrated identified him as "the largest running back to ever rush for 100 yards in an NCAA game," a fete he accomplished four times as a speedy, athletic 6-foot-2, 320-pounder during his junior season of 1999 for a team that was 11-1. After red-shirting in 2000, he finished his college career for Kansas State in 2001, when he was used primarily as a blocker. Hall had a career Division I average of 6.4 yards per carry. He spent NFL pre-seasons for the St. Louis Rams, Kansas City Chiefs and Oakland Raiders and played one season in NFL Europe with the Rhein Fire. He's been an assistant coach at MidAmerica Nazarene University and currently is finishing work on his Master's degree at his alma mater, Kansas State University.
