Led Comets to their third mythical national community college championship in 1998. Prior to Palomar: High school All-American at Franklin High School, Stockton. Originally signed with the University of Colorado but didn't qualify and transferred to Palomar. After Palomar: All-Pac 10 second-team selection at USC; Drafted by and immediately started at corner as a rookie for the Detroit Lions. Was second in the NFL in tackles his first season. Played three seasons for the Lions before finishing his NFL playing career with the Atlanta Falcons; Assistant Coach at Florida A&M. Currently: Cornerbacks coach for the Seattle Seahawks.
