Women face challenge at Saddleback tourney

This past weekend, women's water polo was at the Saddleback College tournament. In their first game, they faced Golden West and lost 14-5. Palomar scored two goals in the second quarter and three in the third.

Their second game they faced Fullerton and lost 21-4. In their final match they faced Rio Hondo and lost 7-1. Palomar scored two goals in the first, one in the second and one in the third. Palomar scored their only goal in the first quarter. Rio Hondo got the bulk of their points in the third quarter, scoring four points.

The women will be back in action on September 25 when they face San Diego Mesa for their first home meet of the season.
