Women show dominance over Miramar

SAN MARCOS, CA (10/15/2019) – Women's soccer faced San Diego Miramar College and walked away with a 4-0 win.

The women got straight to work when Valerie Hernandez scored the first goal early in the first half. Jocelyn Panduro scored her first goal of the season five minutes after Hernandez did to take a 2-0 lead.

In the second half, Panduro found the net again and Juliana Cervera scored the fourth goal for the Comets.

The women are now 2-7-3 overall and 2-4-1 in PCAC play. The Comets are in fifth place in the conference, ahead of San Diego City, San Diego Miramar and Cuyamaca College. Palomar will be home on Friday to face Cuyamaca College at 3 p.m.
