Women's golf shows consistency at St. Mark

SAN MARCOS, CA (9/26/2019) – Women's golf competed on their home course and placed fifth out of eight teams. As a team, they shot 391.

Kathy Henderson shot an 87 and has a combined score of 506 through six rounds of conference play. She is currently in sixth place in the conference. Marciel Nabor shot a 98 and has a combined score of 494 through five rounds of play. Hailey Bjerknes shot a 96 and has a combined score of 599 through six rounds of play. Rounding out the team is Kumi Higuchi who shot a 110. She has a combined score of 677 through six rounds of conference play.

Palomar is currently is in sixth place as a team with 13 wins and 28 losses. College of the Desert, Mt. San Antonio College and Saddleback College are the top three teams, with a tie between Mt. SAC and Saddleback.

The women will pick up play again on Wednesday when they play Los Serranos with Mt. SAC hosting.
