Women's golf finishes in fifth at Mesa Linda

COSTA MESA, CA (9/18/2019) – Women's golf finished in fifth place at Mesa Linda Golf Course, shooting a team score of 381. Kathy Henderson finished the day with an 83 on the par-70 course. Marciel Nabor shot a 94 and Hailey Bjerknes shot a 90, both women had their best rounds. Kumi Higuchi rounded out the team with a 114.

Henderson is currently tied for sixth place individually with a total score of 419 through five rounds of conference play. As a team, Palomar is currently in sixth place in the Orange Empire Conference.

The women will be back in action on Wednesday, September 25 at their home course, St. Mark in San Marcos.
