SAN MARCOS, CA (1/16/2026) -- The Palomar women's basketball team continued its dominant run through Pacific Coast Athletic Conference play on Friday night, rolling to an 82–42 win over Imperial Valley College inside The Dome to improve to 4–0 in conference action.
The Comets set the tone early, building a 22–11 first-quarter lead before stretching the margin to 42–20 at halftime. Palomar poured it on in the fourth quarter, outscoring Imperial Valley 24–6 to put the game away and showcase its depth and defensive intensity.
Kylee Trujillo led all scorers with 23 points, knocking down three triples and attacking the rim consistently. Ivorii Sealsadded 22 points, including a perfect 10-for-10 performance at the free-throw line, while Kailani Flournoy delivered a strong interior effort with 18 points and 12 rebounds. ReeRee Davis chipped in 10 points and three assists, as Palomar had multiple players step up on both ends of the floor.
Palomar dominated the glass 43–32, forced 29 turnovers, and turned those miscues into 37 points, while also scoring 36 points in the paint. The Comets' pressure defense and balanced scoring were on full display throughout the night.
Now 13–6 overall and 4–0 in conference play, Palomar will return to action next Friday when the Comets take on San Diego City College as conference play continues.
