SAN DIEGO, CA (10/7/2025) -- Palomar men's soccer stayed hot in conference play Tuesday afternoon, storming back from an early deficit to defeat San Diego Miramar College 4-2 on the road.
The Comets fell behind 2-0 in the first half, but came out of the break on fire. Ibrahim Joubran got Palomar on the board just two minutes into the second half, finishing off a pass from Isaac Garcia.
Moments later, Felix Hamm buried a penalty kick to even the score, and the Comets never looked back. Artem Sydorenko put Palomar in front in the 67th minute with help from Dylan Bissember, and Hamm sealed the win ten minutes later with his second goal of the match — both unassisted.
Goalkeeper Bruin Bailey recorded the win in net as Palomar (5-3-3, 3-0-1 PCAC) extended its unbeaten streak to six matches and remained atop the conference standings.
The Comets will next travel to face No. 14 San Diego City College on Friday at 3 p.m.
