Comets fall to Norco 3-1 on the road

NORCO, CA (8/30/2019) – Men's soccer traveled to Norco College for their second match of the season and lost 3-1.

Norco scored first at the 23-minute mark and then again at the end of the first half. Their final goal came on a penalty kick at the 53-minute mark.

Henrique Rubim had an unassisted goal for the Comets at the 78-minute mark. Goalie Anthony Guzman received his first yellow card of the season.

The Comets are now 1-1 after their first two games.

The Comets will be on the pitch again Saturday, Sept. 7 when they face Santiago Canyon on the road at 6:30 p.m.
