Bio

Karl Seiler is a five-time Pacific Coast Conference women's indoor volleyball Coach of the Year in women's volleyball, being honored in 1996, when the Comets reached the Southern California Community College Regional championship match, 1999, 2002, 2003, 2008 and 2009. All five seasons, Palomar won the Pacific Coast Athletic Conference title, and the 2003 Comets recorded its first-ever unbeaten conference season.

Seiler starred at Torrey Pines High School's boys volleyball squad and for Palomar's men's volleyball team in 1988 and 1989.

He recently concluded a highly-successful stint as coach of the nationally-recognized Coast Volleyball Club.

Seiler received his B.S. degree from San Diego State University and his Master's degree from Azusa Pacific University. He's a fulltime instructor at Palomar in the Kinesiology.

Seiler lives in the French Valley area of Temecula with his wife and family.
