Wrestling Alumni, Alberto Garcia, finishes fourth in national event
Alberto Garcia in his junior year at Concordia University; the No. 12 seed in his weight class, he finished fourth in this national event. He wrestled at Palomar College in the 2015 and 2016 seasons and in his sophomore year, won the CCCAA State Championship in the 133-pound class. Other former Palomar College wrestlers who qualified for and participated in the NAIA Championship Tournament were Zack Moistner and Bruce Valdez.
