Bio

Hi there! My name is Stephanie Reed Neptune but in the cheerleading world I go by Coach Reed. I started cheering at the age of eight and had been in competitive gymnastics from age two. I was an All-Star cheerleader for New Jersey Spirit Explosion until I graduated from high school in 2004. I moved to Boca Raton, Florida and cheered all four years at Florida Atlantic University and served as the captain my senior year. I then continued my competitive career with Top Gun allstars after I graduated to fulfill my dream of competing at Worlds. I started coaching at the age of 17 for a small gym working there for five years and before moving on to coach at a larger gym called Cheer Florida All-Stars. They have been my home and my family for the last 10 years.  I moved to San Diego in May of last year where I started working for the California All-Stars and Palomar College in the fall of 2018. I am excited to be a part of Palomar and determined to help grow and flourish the cheerleading program.
