Bio

Buh, out of Orange Glen High School, was a first-team J.C. Grid-Wire All-American linebacker for Palomar under coach Tom Craft as a sophomore after he helped lead Craft's Comets to the J.C. Grid-Wire 1991 national community college championship as a freshman. He received a scholarship to the University of Nevada, where he was a first-team all-conference selections and then embarked on a Division I coaching career. He currently is defensive coordinator for the University of Maryland in the Big Ten. He previous was a Nevada graduate assistant in 1997-1998, was Nevada's defensive backs coach and special teams coordinator in 1999, was Cal's defensive administrative assistant in 2000-2001, was San Diego State linebackers coach from 2002-2005, was a graduate assistant at Fresno State in 2006, was Stanford's linebackers coach in 2007, was Stanford's co-defensive coordinator and linebackers coach in 2008-2009, was Nevada's defensive coordinaotr and linebackers coach in 2010-11, was Wisconsin's linebackers coach in 2012, returned to Cal as defensive coordinator and linebackers' coach in 2013, spent the 2015 season as Kentucky's outside linebackers coach and was named Maryland's defensive coordinator prior to the 2016 season.
