PC lands 2 players on All-PCAC North 1st team

SAN MARCOS (11-28-2018) – The Palomar women's volleyball team has placed two players each on the All-Pacific Coast Athletic Conference North Division first- and second teams for the 2018 season.

The Comets' first-team selections are Noemi Ramos, a sophomore outside hitter from Orange Glen High School, and Mikayla Seiler, Palomar's sophomore setter from Vista Murrieta High and the daughter of coach Karl Seiler.

Palomar players selected to the second team are Zandera Brown, a freshman middle blocker out of Oceanside High, and Laurel Kerner, a freshman middle blocker from Ramona High.

Comets receiving all-conference honorable mention are Tominine Connelly, a freshman opposite from Valley Center High, and Alina Lecakes-Jones, a freshman opposite from Rancho Bernardo High.

The PCAC North Player of the Year, selected by conference coaches, is MiraCosta College's Halie Hess.
