Hitting Mini-Clinic series slated for February, March

SAN MARCOS (1-17-2019) – Palomar College's championship fast-pitch program will offer its Spring 2019 Softball Offense Mini-Clinic Series each Monday, consisting of hitting skills and drills, for all ages and skill levels from 4:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. at the Comets' campus field, on Feb. 11, Feb. 25 and March 4, 11 and 18.

The series will again be presented by Palomar all-time hitting great and former Comet California Player of the Year -- and current Palomar assistant coach -- Kali Pugh.

Pugh played on two national championship teams at Oklahoma City University, was a two-time NAIA All-American first-team selection and also was the NAIA 1917 National Player of the Year after leading the Stars to their 2017 NAIA World Series title.

The cost for the each Mini-Clinic session is $20 (no refunds), with a special rate of $85 for all five sessions.

Checks should be made out to "Palomar College Softball" and will be accepted at the field at the clinic session.
